Donuts and Books

Getting the bucket list posted actually helped me start checking things off! One morning we went to Shipley's and ordered kolaches AND donuts!

Then for dinner that night we went to The Union Kitchen which was AMAZING. I loved the food (obviously) and the atmosphere was great!

Justin's Veal Chop on a bed of Mushroom orzo

My 8oz Filet on a bed of pureed potato and fresh vegetables

Chocolate Tower!

After dinner, we went to Water Wall Park, which was another thing that I've been wanting to do here. Also, I would be in Heaven living in the apartments overlooking the park. So nice!

Yesterday, we also went to a Farmer's Market. It's every Tuesday evening and is located very close to where Justin works. I think it might become our weekly after work tradition (especially since Tuesday is grocery day anyways!).

So, besides working on the bucket list, I have been reading A TON! I forgot how much I love to read (for fun), because it hasn't happened in so long! Last year at this time, I was getting things ready for my classroom and packing up all my stuff. Now, I am going through a major reading phase! But, I need to also get a headstart on projects for my new classroom, like my ba-jillion task cards! Anyways, if you enjoy reading too, here are some books I have read, am currently reading and will read this summer!

So Far:
The Best of Me
The Lost Wife
The Dressmaker
